Site changes.

Okay, 2006 is coming up, I'm getting lazier, and I'm trying to go with more bandwidth-conservation techniques for this site anticipating completion of TOC episodes.

That being said, I'm changing around the site around a little bit. This does not mean a full remodel, but I'm just making things easier for myself. Nothing's getting removed; I'm just moving things around.
